    The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line two, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendment:

    On page forty-five, subsection 13.8., by striking out “14.9" and inserting in lieu thereof “14.8".
